Everyday is a new day. And every day is a new day to change your mindset about where you are and how you view yourself. It all starts with believing in yourself and changing your own attitude. How you may ask?

It’s all about believing in yourself & giving yourself the mental re-assurance. Saying phrases to yourself like - β€œI am good enough. I am worthy of __. I do deserve happiness. I will achieve this” - can generate so much change in your personal outlook and eventually whatever outcome.

Positive affirmations are what these are called. And it’s all about replacing the negative aura / thoughts we have in times of stress and allowing ourselves to avoid behaviours that can negatively impact our happiness & success. (P.S, I didn’t make this up, lots of study & research behind this haha)

When you constantly affirm yourself with positive thoughts & outlooks, you really can put yourself one step forward. Mindset first and the actions will follow. 🎯

I recently left my last job. Paid well, benefits were great & tbh I really didn’t have anything negative to say about it. But it just didn’t feel fulfilling (crunching numbers & making slides haha) - It wasn’t where I wanted to be.

Of course, I won’t go into a spiel about my personal life but through that decision to leave I’ve learned that taking the time to rest and to reset is so important.

Life is so busy that we most of the times don’t realize where we are and it can often lead to burning out, feeling uneasy & losing a sense of direction. Of course many periods in our life may exert/require much more than others, but taking a breakΒ and being in tune with yourself provides clarity and a better direction forward.

I really dig the staircase here, feels as if its best to take a pause when things get tough as it allows you to regain focus with whatever is next.
